Question 1: Can I get samples?
Yes, certainly. We will provide the samples. We usually send samples by UPS.  
 
Question 2: What's the sample fee?
Sample fee is 15-25USD/pcs, depends on the sample order request. Sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us. 

Question 3: How long is the sample lead time?
We could arrange the samples express delivery immediately. it will takes about 7 days into your hand. For any special samples requirement, we will contact you first, just wanna make everything in your expectation.

Question 4: Do you have a catalog or price list?
Yes, we can send you our catalogue with price list to check all details of our models, but not all models, since there are too many models here.

Question 5: What the certifications do you have?
We have CE, FDA, SGS certifications. As you can see, our company has a strong competitives and great qualified in our business area. We aim to provide the best quality and services to all global clients.

Question 6: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products?
Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color available as well. We still have our own design team, who have more than 10 years design experience. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive.

Question 7: If I am urget to get the order, can you do me a favor?
If we have confirmed the lead time of the order, you still can tell us if the order is very urgent for you. We will do our best to adjust the schdule or hope we can help something to move fast.

Question 8: What about the warranty?
We are very confident in our products, and we check every single piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the eyewear once you receive them, and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly.
